My name is Patrick R. Smith Esq., and I am the managing partner of PR Smith Law Group. I'm a board certified bankruptcy attorney certified by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification in consumer bankruptcy law and I remain an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Florida Bar. My partners, Richard B. Feinberg Esq. and Charles T. Stohlman Esq. and I have more than 50 years combined legal experience in bankruptcy, credit counseling and foreclosure defense.
Although we started our legal careers representing large banks and financial institutions, we quickly became disenchanted by their heavy handed collection tactics and exorbitant fees.
