Patrick R. Smith, Esq. is a 1985 graduate of the Canisius College of Buffalo and a 1989 graduate of the C.H. McDowell School of Law, University of Akron. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, and in the State of New York, the Western District of New York, the State of Florida, and the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Smith is the President of P.R. Smith Law Group, P.A. and has been the attorney of record in thousands of cases filed under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Smith is certified by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification in consumer bankruptcy law and is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mr. Smith is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
